TO 12/20 Art Allen performed a site visit last week and is preparing a report.
This should be continued to confirm the wetland delineation line and river high water delineation.
Approval of Minutes
Discussion: Certificate of Compliance:
4 Longobardi Drive: This house was built 20 years ago, according to the proposed plan the house is accurate.
A COC may be issued.
15 Cottontail Lane: Grass is established (Sod) House built according to proposed plan. Occupancy Permit has been issued. I recommend issuing the COC
Enforcement: 360 West Central Street – Akin Bak Farm
